How can I place an order with Lensouk?

Please follow these steps to place an order with Lensouk

  • Visit our website

Select the contact lenses you wish to purchase and add them to your cart

  • Once you are done selecting contact lenses, then proceed to the checkout page
  • If you already have an account then you can log in here
  • If you do not have an account, you can proceed as a guest and enter your email and shipping details
  • Once all the details are in place, you can place an order and we’ll send you the details of your order via email

Can I use my glasses prescription to buy contacts?

It’s not recommended to carry over your prescription from glasses to contacts or the other way around. This is because the contact lens sits directly on your cornea and as such the measurements differ from your glasses prescription.

Where does Lensouk deliver?

Currently we deliver only in the UAE. We are constantly growing and will add more locations and countries soon!

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer 30 days returns policy for an exchange or refund.

How do I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order at any point prior to shipment.

Do I need my prescription in order to place an order?

If you are placing an order for corrective contact lenses, then we will need your current prescription to ensure that we send you the right products. The values we require are your sphere values, your cylinder and axes (if applicable) and pupillary distance (PD) value.

Please ensure that your prescription is less than 2 years old as your eyesight can change during that time.

What is the delivery time?

We will deliver your order within 1-3 business days.

What are the delivery charges?

We deliver for free across the UAE.

Can I trust the authenticity of the products?

All our products are 100% authentic and sourced from original distributors. If you are not satisfied with the product you can return or exchange it. Check out our Returns Policy for more information.

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

At the moment we are unable to offer gift vouchers for purchasing. Once we are able to offer this option, we will update our website to indicate this.
