If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us for exchange or refund. Just send us an email within 30 days of receipt at email@example.com and we will process your request. Alternatively, give us a call at (045) 21 7507 and we’ll help you out.
Please keep in mind that the product has to be in its original condition (unused with original tags/labels attached) for it to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition, we’ll process the exchange or refund and notify you via email.
If the returned item does not meet the criteria stated above, your order will be sent back to you.
You can cancel your order at any point prior to shipment.
